Who does what

You decide. Your supplier builds. We hold your pen.

An AI project brings together three roles: the project owner (you, with Clairancy at your side), the delivery side (your IT services firm, integrator or in-house team) and the software vendors. Blur them and you pay twice, or end up controlling no one.

What we do not do

  • Build in place of your supplier.
  • Resell licences or take a commission.
  • Sign a contract with a vendor or IT services firm for your project.
  • Keep your data or deliverables: everything belongs to you.

Are you an IT services firm or integrator?

Is your client asking for an independent counterpart on the business side? We can play that role, mandated and paid by the client alone. For you: a clear specification, fast decisions and acceptance without surprises.

Frequently asked questions

Do you replace our IT services firm?

No. They build; we defend your interests towards them: clear requirements, checks on deliverables, acceptance. The two roles are complementary.

Do you work with our current supplier?

Yes, that is the most common case. We join your steering bodies, with a written mandate from you.

Do you take commissions from vendors or IT services firms?

Never. We are paid only by our clients; that is the condition of our independence.

Do we need an in-house data team to start?

No. Above all you need business people who can say what the words mean, and leadership that decides. We help identify the skills to hire or to outsource.

Who is accountable for the project’s compliance?

You are, as controller or deployer. We prepare and maintain the evidence file with you; your supplier provides the technical elements.
