Privacy policy
Data collected
The brief form collects your organisation, name, role, work email and a description of your need. No attachments are accepted.
Purpose and legal basis
Answering your request and preparing a possible proposal (pre-contractual measures). No marketing without your consent.
Retention period
[Period to be defined, for example 3 years after last contact.]
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability: write to [contact@domain]. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
Newsletter
The “100% compliant” letter is a newsletter and nothing else: once a week, with no sales outreach, no sharing or resale of your address and no open or click tracking pixel. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given with a tick box and then confirmed through a link sent by email (double opt-in); without that click, nothing is stored. Data kept: your address, chosen language and the date of your consent, until you unsubscribe (link in every issue), then deleted. Delivery is handled by our processor Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., United States), certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and bound by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. So that we do not ask you again, your browser keeps a simple local marker (“clairancy-newsletter”) with no personal data; it is not a cookie and is never transmitted.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless audience measurement with no personal identifier: it counts page views and a few anonymous events (reading an article, subscribing to the letter). No consent is therefore requested, and no data is used for advertising.
